So we took the 14 bus to Laugardalslung. It was great! It felt wonderful to soak away the effects of jet lag. A bit of exercise, a soak in the hot pots, some time in the steam room, a nice shower afterwards... the kids went on the water slide, so they were happy... it was an excellent choice for our first day in Reykjavik. We also went to the Blue Lagoon on our vacation, but we liked Laugardalslung a lot more. Blue Lagoon is full of tourists; Laugardalslung is full of Icelanders. Blue Lagoon felt dirty to me; Laugardalslung felt clean. When I return to Reykjavik I will return to Laugardalslung.
